Mr. Elgavisch is the co-managing partner of Government Property Advisors LLC. He is responsible for managing and monitoring the company’s portfolio assets and devising strategies for growth and development. Mr. Elgavisch is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Mr. Elgavisch has extensive experience in working with government properties. Mr. Elgavisch has over 25 years of experience in negotiating contracts with the US government, for government paid/ Leased properties. In addition, he oversees the financial aspects of negotiating complex buildings, and converting properties into high yield income properties. He brings to the table over 25 years of management and operations of properties in New York.
